Yes, EMI facilities are available for 3/6/9 months through Artociti Easy EMI.

We use robust packaging for both domestic and international orders to minimize damage. So there is no chance of any damage. There might be some minor color chip off, which is very easy to fix on site and we send a repair kit. However if it gets damaged then please share us unboxing video and we provide free replacement also.

These are sculptures and come out of a mould so resizing is not possible. You may go for custom work but charges would be high. Almost 3 times the regular charges as we will have to create a clay model, then create a mould and do the final casting. The whole process can take 30-45 days.

Sir we make drills on the corners and sides of the mural and you just have to hire local handyman or carpenter and screw it on your wall. We provide guidance for installation via local handymen or carpenters. Additionally, we offer a care package for on-site touch-ups if needed.

Yes, you can place an order with specific instructions for outdoor use. We will supply it without plywood on the backside, and local installation is required.

Canvases are printed on 380 gsm polycotton canvas and printed using canon canvas special printers with Lucinda ink technology where prints are meant to last for 100 years (As claimed by Canon). They are meant to be used indoors.

 Relief Murals/Wall Sculptures are made of Fiberglass (FRP) and these can last easily over 100s of years. It’s the same material with which car body parts like bumper are made. Colours are protected with melamine coating and will last for 15+ years in indoor and 7+ year in outdoor setup. They can again be repainted.

Our standard processing time is 3-6 days depending on the size of the piece. As manufacturers, we keep these pieces in semi ready state and finishing is always done after order confirmation to accommodate minor customizations requested by our customers. Processing time on ultra large size pieces can take up to 9-10 business days.

We ship our items through reputed courier companies like DTDC and Delhivery. Once shipped, our pieces will reach your doorsteps at approx. 7-10 days.

Our team will confirm the order via call. For COD orders above Rs 20,000/-, prepayment may be required due to courier restrictions.

Yes, they come ready to hang with clamps/hooks provided at the back for easy installation.

Unfortunately, pieces with high relief on the edges cannot be framed.

Our murals are are protected with melamine coating and are durable for indoor and outdoor use. They can again be repainted.

Our products are covered under a standard return and replacement policy. If any damages occur during transit, please highlight them post-delivery. We will provide a suitable resolution, including a free replacement of the damaged item.
